The mobile payment by Sodexo

Sodexo Pay is a mobile payment solution developed by Sodexo. This is a functionality integrated into the App MySodexo Luxembourg.

This solution is available for all the users of Android smartphones. The NFC technology must be available on the smartphone you would like to use. You can check it in your device settings.

If you don’t have an Android smartphone, Apple Pay is also available.

To be able to use Sodexo Pay, it is necessary to download the App MySodexo Luxembourg and have an active Sodexo Lunch Pass card.

How to pay safely and contactless with Sodexo Pay?

1. Open the App MySodexo Luxembourg and click on the central button Sodexo Pay

2. Move your phone towards the payment terminal as you would do for a normal contactless transaction, at the beep the payment is made, your balance and transaction history is updated.

By security reasons, you need to define a PIN code for your mobile payments. You can also use the fingerprint recognition.

NB: only the card terminals marked with the “contactless” symbol are compatible with the contactless payment.
