An exceptional trainer dedicated to tradition 

For 28 years, Carlo Sauber has been training future generations of chefs at the Bouneweger Lycée. He is also a contributor/author to Ketty Thull's famous cookbook and was the head chef of Luxembourg's national culinary team. For the past 20 years, he has been a judge and trainer for Worldchefs culinary judge licenses. His passion, high standards, and generosity make him a true ambassador of local flavors.

Two gourmet events with our teams

  • To mark Luxembourg National Day, our teams at CHdN Ettelbruck, accompanied by Carlo, showcased local cuisine during a special service for guests. It was an emotional and flavorful experience!
  • A few days later, two groups of Sodexo chefs had the opportunity to take part in a cooking workshop led by Carlo Sauber. In a professional yet friendly atmosphere, they revisited several iconic recipes from the Luxembourg region.
