On the occasion of International Women's Day, Sodexo Luxembourg reaffirms its commitment to respect for identities, the promotion of a respectful working environment, and the strengthening of each individual's sense of belonging. This commitment is reflected in concrete initiatives aimed at creating a welcoming work environment and promoting the recognition of talents in all their forms.

Here is an overview of our key projects:

"She Works" program:

As part of our partnership with Caritas and Stëmm vun der Strooss, the ‘She Works’ programme is specially designed to help women in difficult situations. The aim of this project is to give them the opportunity to discover different professions. The objective is to provide them with the tools they need to potentially find a job, thus promoting their financial and social independence. This programme does not just raise awareness, but implements concrete actions to transform lives.

"SoTogether" Network:

This network, made up of a group of collaborators, acts as a catalyst for change, supporting initiatives that aim to break down stereotypes and promote a respectful environment where each individual can flourish.

"Inclusion Spirit" Training:

Aware that lasting change begins from within, we have set up the ‘Spirit of Inclusion’ training course. This internal awareness programme aims to change attitudes in a positive way, by educating our employees on the importance of respecting and valuing all colleagues. Through this training, we seek to strengthen our corporate culture and ensure that respectful and appreciative behavior becomes the norm at all levels of our organization.

"Sodexo Supports Me" assistance:

Because the well-being of our employees is at the heart of our concerns, we have set up ‘Sodexo Supports Me’, a confidential and free assistance service. This line offers psychological, social and legal support to those who feel the need, ensuring that they are fully supported in all aspects of their personal and professional life.
