Sodexo named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® for the third consecutive year

Sodexo has once again been recognised as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2026 by Ethisphere, a leading authority on business ethics. This distinction highlights the Group’s ongoing commitment to conducting its business with integrity and applying high standards of governance and compliance.

This year, 138 organisations from 17 countries and 40 sectors were honoured. Sodexo is one of the few companies in the catering sector to receive this distinction, and is among those recognised for three consecutive years.


This recognition reflects the strength of Sodexo’s ethical culture, which is upheld on a daily basis by all employees. It also illustrates the Group’s commitment to ensuring that its actions are underpinned by a responsible and transparent approach towards all its stakeholders.
The assessment is based on the ‘Ethics Quotient’, a rigorous framework that analyses over 240 criteria relating in particular to governance, compliance, risk management and environmental and social impact.
