An exceptional gastronomic tour with 2** Chef Cyril Molard

Some encounters leave a lasting impression. Others create real transformation

For several days, our kitchens moved to a slightly different rhythm—one shaped by creativity, exchange… and excellence. As part of an exceptional gastronomic tour, we had the privilege of welcoming Cyril Molard, a two-Michelin-starred chef in Luxembourg, across several of our sites.

From the Chamber of Commerce to La Place restaurant, as well as LSC, the European Investment Bank and A&O Shearman, the Chef arrived with his suitcases… and above all, his ideas.

When fine dining becomes part of everyday life

More than just a visit, this tour was a true immersion. Cyril Molard took the time to meet our teams, to exchange ideas, and to understand each location—its rhythm, its expectations, its spirit.

Very quickly, our kitchens became spaces for creation. Alongside our chefs and kitchen teams, he designed unique signature dishes, specially conceived for our sites. Recipes that are both refined and accessible, where precision meets generosity of flavor.

Stuffed pollock with squid vierge sauce, tender apple, and white butter.

A collective journey

What makes this experience so special is, above all, collaboration. Each dish was born from dialogue—an idea, a product, a technique, and then a shared reinterpretation.

Our teams drew inspiration from the expertise of a Michelin-starred chef, while bringing their own identity to the table. A meeting of two worlds that resulted in unique creations, deeply rooted in the reality of each site.

And for our guests… an unexpected interlude

In the end, the true beneficiaries of this experience are our guests.

Through these signature dishes, they discovered a new dimension of on-site dining—more creative, more daring, yet always true to what matters most: the pleasure of good food.

Continuing to surprise

This tour is not just a highlight—it is also a symbol. A reflection of our commitment to going further, innovating, and continually surprising.

And what if this were only the beginning?
