ESR Label: Sodexo Luxembourg renews its certification

At Sodexo Luxembourg, sustainability has been at the heart of our model since the very beginning. As pioneers in this field, we have built a long-term trajectory aimed at balancing economic performance, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

This ambition is embodied today through our Better Tomorrow 2028 (BT28) roadmap, which guides all our actions. BT28 allows us to focus on what matters most for Sodexo and for our stakeholders, embedding sustainability into everything we do. Our vision of operational sustainability is built on creating measurable, positive outcomes for our clients, consumers, and communities.

Our roadmap is structured around three major commitments:

As a global leader in sustainable food services, we play a key role in transforming food systems. This commitment is reflected in our objective to reach Net Zero by 2040, certified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).


The renewal of the ESR – Socially Responsible Company label in Luxembourg acknowledges the consistency and maturity of our approach, while highlighting the strength of our roadmap.


The INDR promotes responsible businesses, and Sodexo Luxembourg has been ESR‑certified since 2010. We renewed our certification for the fifth time in 2025.
