Pluxee-branded vouchers replace Sodexo vouchers

Customers and consumers are starting to receive their meal and gift vouchers bearing the Pluxee colours. These replace the old vouchers, but remain valid under the same conditions until their expiry date.

If you are a merchant :

You can now accept Pluxee vouchers and Sodexo vouchers still in circulation up to their expiry date, in accordance with the new legislation in force. The acceptance and refund procedure remains the same - you don't have to do a thing!

If you are a consumer : 

If this is not already the case, you will receive products with the "Pluxee" colours during your next voucher distribution. Whether they are meal or gift vouchers, please note that they are valid in the same acceptance network and under the same conditions as their predecessors. Your Sodexo vouchers remain valid until their expiry date.
